Our University took significant steps intended to ensure equality in respect of education and community involvement. The scholarships and financial support programs that we offer to the students facilitate the accessibility of higher education to students with economic disadvantages. Further, with an approach sensitive to certain factors such as gender, ethnic origin, or disability, our efforts to reduce inequalities among the students continue.
Our University organizes such events and projects, encouraging dialogue among various communities. This makes it possible for us to continue our efforts to reduce inequalities among different social groups and support social togetherness.
Further, we are loyal to the principle of equality among the personnel. We put into practice our policies with respect to equal pay for equal work, equality of opportunity, and diversity and make great efforts to encourage women to hold leadership positions.
The courses and publications within the organization of our University in connection with this goal are detailed below.
